T80 Ultra-Fix Concrete™ Artificial Grass Adhesive

Turfgrip™ T80 Two-Component Concrete Adhesive is a high performance, high strength, two-component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding artificial grass to concrete.

Sqm coverage: Approximately 1kg:1sqm
Recommended coverage (on 300mm wide seam tape): 2-3m per kilo
Recommended bead size: 6mm notch is required to achieve best results

Working time: 40 minutes
Initial cure time: 6 hours (85% strength)
Full cure time: 24 hours (full strength)

Temperature resistance once cured: -20°C - +70°C

Packaging: Supplied as a pre-weighted kit in one container.

Mix the full amount of Part B with the full amount of Part A using an electric mixer or by hand. Ensure the adhesive is mixed thoroughly to ensure the chemical reaction can take place. Parts A & B are supplied in different colours so it can be clearly seen when both parts are mixed.

Using a 6mm notched trowel, apply the adhesive to the area to be bonded and add significant pressure to ensure both surfaces meet. For added security, apply pressure for the duration of the cure (24 hours) and always ensure the areas to be bonded are dry and free from dirt, grease, or other deposits.
